By accessing or using Beach Hill Solutions websites, software, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Software and services

Beach Hill Solutions provides software and implementation services for brokerage operations, including AI-assisted lead routing, agent and client messaging, CRM operational intelligence, website lead capture, listings and compliance workflows, and internal knowledge retrieval.

User and customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the security of your accounts, using the services lawfully, obtaining any required consent for communications, and reviewing automated outputs before relying on them for business or client decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beach Hill Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the services. The services are provided as a business operations aid and do not replace professional, legal, compliance, or real estate advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
